- Directions: Heat therapy - fold neck wrap in half and place in microwave, heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved. Always test temperature of wrap before applying to skin. Cold therapy - store in freezer until ready to use.

- Care: remove outer layer cover to launder. Machine wash cold separately, tumble dry low. Do not launder filled pillow insert.
